Processing

Please place your order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button placed within each product page. Orders may also be place by contacting us directly. Most orders placed by 11:00am PST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. All other orders are shipped within one business day (exceptions apply). Customers will be notified of delays in shipment as soon as possible.


Payments

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Personal checks and Money Orders are acceptable for orders placed by phone. Please be advised that personal checks will be subject to a clearing period. If a credit card or check payment is declined, customer will be notified immediately to resolve the issue.


Returns

Returns or exchanges are ONLY considered for: (1) defective merchandise; (2) merchandise that is different from what was ordered (e.g. incorrect color, weight, or pattern). We cannot accept returns for merchandise no longer need/wanted or ordered accidentally. Please ask for a sample if you are unsure about the product you plan to purchase. All returns and exchanges must be brought to our attention within 7 DAYS after receipt of merchandise (verified by date of delivery) and must be pre-authorized by our staff before return. You may obtain return authorization by contacting us directly. Returns made without prior authorization are void. Merchandise is subject to an inspection process / careful examination before refund/exhange is approved. Merchandise must be uncut, unwashed, and unaltered. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Blue Desert Company cannot be held liable for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
